You don’t have to deal with individual product labels anymore. This serves your inventory tracking, reporting, and ordering with one simple QR code. Customize your inventory list for each location, supply closets, storage room or warehouse. You can track furniture, electronics, appliances, or tools. You can even validate preventative maintenance schedules.
Tech Tracking is handled in 3 ways. Real-time tracking that produces a complete history of everywhere the tech is in real time and Live GEO Tracking where the tech’s GEO coordinates are captured from the mobile device at the time of an event, creating breadcrumbs of where they were when they did something or reported something with their phone. You can also set up a GEO location for a jobsite and establish a boundary around those coordinates. We call this a GEO fence.
Access to the Dashboard can only be granted to individuals you want to view the data, from their mobile device or any computer. Route tracking is a little more sophisticated than traditional mobile work force tracking. Techs can be tracked from room to room. Management can set the optimal time it should take to perform the task, with visible alerts to check status.
